Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within **14 days of delivery**. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unused and in the same condition that you received it
* In its original packaging

### Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and intended use of our products, we do not accept returns on:

* Used or filled-in books
* Customized or personalized items
* Digital products (if applicable)

### Damaged or Incorrect Items

### Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within **5–10 business days**.
